Quick question….Do you calorie count??? Your recipes look delicious. But how do I know if I’m eating too much? We have very similar body types (but I have about 10 lbs to lose), so I was wondering if you eat a certain amount of calories a day. When I enter all my information into online databases they claim I should be eating around 1600 calories. But when I do (and I eat healthy) I tend to gain or maintain…not lose. And I work out at least 1-2 hours a day.
