BRAND SPANKIN’ NEW ~~~ LEAN BODY BLITZ!!!

Join me for a hard core 6 day program that promises to have you sweating off those calories you ate at the summer barbeques!  (C’mon, you know you did it, too!)

Lean Body Blitz includes:

  • 6 one hour long early morning metabolic circuit training workouts that will leave your muscles screaming
  • 4 – 30 min evening cardio boosts to help you blast more calories before you go to bed
  • 6 day metabolism boosting meal plan
  • DAILY email check in’s reporting your eating for the day
  • Motivational group support

This time we have TWO sessions going on!  Join us in Springville OR Orem, UT!

Springville Session:

June 8th – July 16th

Classes will be held Tuesday and Friday mornings from 6-7am at Heart ‘n Soul Dance Studio in North Spanish Fork/West Springville, UT

Orem Session:

June 21st – July 29th

Classes will be held Monday and Thursday mornings from 6-7am at Wastach Ballet at 488 W. 1400 N in Orem, UT.

This session’s workouts will be led by our new trainer, Saundra Nye!!!  All nutrition, coaching, and planning will still go through me.  Watch for Saundra’s bio to be up on the website in a couple weeks!
