About Me
Last modified: July 6, 2010
My name is Lindsey and I am a wife, mother, personal trainer, diet coach, manager of an extreme sweet tooth, triathlete, lover of food, exercise, chocolate, peanut butter, butterscotch, the previous three mixed together, creative cooking/baking, family, friends, oatmeal, chocolate, watching my favorite tv shows (mainly The Biggest Loser), traveling with my husband, chocolate, fashion, reading research regarding exercise and nutrition, and run on sentences.
I have always been interested in health and fitness and stayed active while I was younger through swimming on the swim team in High School and the occasional weight training class. I moved from Southern California to go to college at Brigham Young University. It was my freshman year when I got my first gym membership. I’ve never looked back since! I hunger to learn more about exercise and nutrition so that I can always be progressing and making myself a better, healthier person. My love of fitness was just a hobby through college and I graduated with a BS in Human Development with a minor in Business.
Since college, I have really pushed my learning of fitness. In the last six years I have had three babies, Caleb, 6, Brynley, 4, and Aubrey, 1. I have taken the things I have learned and applied them to myself and now, after three kids, I am in better shape than before having children!
Over the last five years I have also begun helping others achieve their fitness goals. Wether it be weight loss, gain or maintenence, prenatal fitness or losing that pesky baby weight, I have experience with it all and I can help motivate, educate and push YOU towards your goals!
