
Salmon Filets
Pesto (store bought)
2/3 c. shelled pistachios, crushed
- Thaw your salmon filets. Spoon ½-1 T. pesto over the top of the filet (or more depending on the size of your salmon and how much you want). Top with crushed pistachios. I used about 1 T. but we had small filets.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 min or until cooked through. Serve with potatoes and veggies.
