His name is Jay Robb and he makes the most delicious protein shakes known to man. Â The nice folks at Jay Robb sent me this ginormous care package the other day:

Oh yes, that is four different bars and bunches and bunches of protein powder samples! Â Holy cow talk about the best day ever! Â I also got a new shaker cup (which is great because we only have one and the hubs uses it most of the time) and a HUGE reusable shopping bag which has come in handy numerous times. Â I love you Jay Robb.
They call their bars the “No Junk” protein bar and they say this about them:
“I’ve raised the bar on bars and created the JayBAR—a great tasting protein bar without sugar, corn syrup, casein, artificial sweeteners, maltitol, acesulfame-K, evaporated cane juice, aspartame, or sucralose!”

The Cashew Coconut was by far my fave. Â It was so good. Â It had a light coconut flavor that blended really well with the cashews. Â Very different and tasty.
Really, I liked all the bars except the peanut butter one which is weird because I usually love peanut butter flavored stuff. Â I just didn’t love the taste of this one. Â But the Fudge Brownie and the Yammit Energy bar (made with sweet potato bits! Fun, right?) were awesome!
I want to take more time to show you all the amazing things I have done with the protein powders because I have made up some really great shakes and pancakes with these suckers. Â I am loving these powders.

They have some amazing flavors and they make a REALLY thick shake which I love. Â I’ve been having to eat them with a spoon! Â I never thought I’d like brown rice protein powder or egg white protein powder but they are great! Â Just as good as the whey. Â Anyway, watch for more Jay Robb recipe ideas coming soon!
(I was sent these items from the company free of charge for the purpose of review.)
