Target Your Trouble Spots Part I

We’ve all heard you can’t “spot reduce”, right?  This means that doing millions of crunches won’t give you that hot 6 pack.  And all the sexy hip abductor exercises in the world aren’t going to give you a round booty.  You have to lose the fat through diet and exercise in general.  Then and only then, can you show off that bod that all of your strength training built for you.  But this isn’t a post on spot reduction.  I will talk more about that later.

There actually ARE some exercises you can do to target your trouble spots.  This means that doing these exercises will give you a hot and sexy (insert trouble spot here) when you have shed the fat that is covering it.

This exercises are not a cure-all.  You’ve still got to watch your diet and burn the fat.  But they may help give you the shape you want in the end.
