
We’ve all heard you can’t “spot reduce”, right? Â This means that doing millions of crunches won’t give you that hot 6 pack. Â And all the sexy hip abductor exercises in the world aren’t going to give you a round booty. Â You have to lose the fat through diet and exercise in general. Â Then and only then, can you show off that bod that all of your strength training built for you. Â But this isn’t a post on spot reduction. Â I will talk more about that later.
There actually ARE some exercises you can do to target your trouble spots. Â This means that doing these exercises will give you a hot and sexy (insert trouble spot here) when you have shed the fat that is covering it.

This exercises are not a cure-all. Â You’ve still got to watch your diet and burn the fat. Â But they may help give you the shape you want in the end.
