
This chicken was SO good! My kids even gobbled it right down. Even the v-e-g-e-t-a-b-l-e-s! It looks very fancy but it is really easy.
2 chicken breasts
Spaghetti sauce
Turkey pepperoni
Asparagus, broken in half
- Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise so they are thin. Then put it between plastic wrap and pound the heck out of it with a meat tenderizer or an ice cream scoop or anything else that works, until it is about ¼ inch thin.
- Spoon some spaghetti sauce over the chicken. Place 6-7 turkey pepperonis over the sauce.
- Lay the asparagus in the middle of the chicken and wrap it up, securing with a tooth pick!
Spoon more sauce over the top of the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes or until cooked through!
